  1. I tried to volunteer for TSF, but experienced some technical difficulties. What do I do?
  2. Can I volunteer to work for TSF 20.
    • Yes. We will still recruit volunteers to help with the delivery of the 2020 Festival. Please send your resume to We shall offer Certificates and letter of recommendation for volunteers also.

    • October 16th and 17th 2020.

  4. How do I participate at the TSF festival?
  5. What will I do during TSF?
    • You will attend the seminars, engage with your peers across the globe, meet international universities offering specialized courses across all verticals of Tourism Industry. You can see information about them in section ‘Schedule’. Here you will have discussions with other students about relevant topics, and participate in a variety of activities. In addition to this you will attend talks from international speakers, and cultural events such as concerts, theatre performances, and comedy nights. And of course, there will be parties and social events and much more.

  6. When do participant applications close?
    • We hope to continue till the last day of the event, but knowing the capacity of the event portal, we expect to fill soon.

  7. Will the event be available to watch over social media
    • No we will not stream over social media channel, as the event is being curated primarily for the serious audience who desire to learn, and are ready to support the cause of tourism with their small contribution.

  8. I participated in TSF but didn't get my certificate. Can you send me a new one?
    • Certificates will be sent out post the event, with 15 days of wrap up, in electronic format only.

  9. Who are eligible to participate at the TSF20?
    • The TSF20 is open for anyone to participate with interest in Tourism. Considering the content of the this unique festival, it will be most beneficial to Students pursuing tourism education, Academia, Entrepreneurs, Guardians of Young tourism aspirants, and organization engaged in imparting Tourism Skills for the New Tourism.

  12. If I’m having technical issues, where can I find help?
    • We will have a dedicated technical team to support you in case you need help during the days of the event.

  13. What If I need to withdraw my participation?
    • Amounts once paid are not refundable. Though your access ticket to the event is transferable to another person.

  14. I’ve bought a ticket but not received my email ?
    • You should have received an email containing a PDF attachment. Please check your spam for the email.

  15. Can my friend, who is not a student, attend the events ?
    • Yes we are open to anyone participate at the event.

  16. What is included in my participation ticket ?
    • Your ticket is your passport to 2 days of learning sessions, inaugural and valedictory ceremonies.

  17. What is not included in my participation ticket ?
    • We are in the process of signing up with world class engaging speakers and entertainers, which all come to you at a price. We will come to you soon with more information. Keep a lookout in your mailbox for surprises.

  18. Who will be the speakers at the festival ?
    • The speakers will be whos who of the travel industry, government machinery, tourism institutes, ambassadors to India from selected destinations, entrepreneurs from Travel Industry and many more. Our Social media pages will keep on announcing the speakers as and when they keep joining our cause.

  19. Who will be attending the Festival?
    • The audience will include students, teachers, faculty members, administrators, leaders, entrepreneurs, travel industry executives at various levels.

  20. Why registration is necessary?
    • Registering on the website will generate a Unique Id for you. This number is essential for participation or entry to all the activities going on during TSF20.

  21. What’s the refund policy, if withdraw participation before event starts?
    • Unfortunately unless the event is cancelled we are unable to offer refunds

  22. I can't find my confirmation email.
    • Check your Junk/Spam folder for an email with subject TSF 20. If you find it there, please mark as Not Junk and add us to your address book.

  23. How do I update my contact information?
    • You will get an email with link to a page to fill up your details.

    • The only way to watch the TSF is ‘GoOnline’. Though the platforms are optimised for all screen formats, it is best experienced on a desktop.

    • You can watch content on PCs running Windows 7+, and Intel-based Macs running macOS 10.12+. You can also watch films on Android tablets and phones using Chrome, and on iPhones and iPads using Safari. Important note: Due to content protection restrictions, the Screen Mirroring feature cannot be used. Additionally, HDMI or other video dongles cannot be connected to your device.

    • No the event is not available post the event or during the event on any other platform apart from . This is to ensure safeguard of the proprietary knowledge and experience being shared by our esteemed selection of speakers.

  27. What is the basic INTERNET SPEED required for smooth working
    • For any device, you will need a robust and reliable internet connection. Check your internet speed by running a speed test. The minimum recommended bandwidth for streaming is 5 Mbps download speed. For 1080p quality we recommend a minimum of 8 Mbps download speed.

  28. What is the INTERNATIONAL VIEWING guidelines
    • With few exceptions, our programs can be accessed from anywhere in the world. You have no choice but to watch it in IST (India Standard Time) Zone.
